They can change the laws and do what they want in the Lords and house of commons but until such time they make a law for social workers to be investigated who are at the bottom of the ladder who on allegations steal and sell the kids via a system then not much will change not even with new laws passed, I just wish that some one in the Lords could know the truth from the Nation and from the people who are not paid to speak to the nation via a help line and who are not on big money working for a charity. So let the Lords continue with their meetings and new laws all will be ignored because now we have another Baby P with the recent child that was murdered by the mother and stepfather, this child’s health and sufferings was known by many, was it all planned and ignored so that the social workers and all can now take more children to sell to the foster and adoption agencies. People need to wake up to the truth, there is no way a school the police social services Doctors and the army could have ignored a child in the state he was in, I think another child was allowed to die for the social services to continue to say
O’H we are damned if we do and damned if we don’t, what does the system think we are all so thick because we the Nation are the plebs. You will all see down the line that kids taken into care will double on the back of a poor little boy, but who cares kids are abused every second of the day and night and yes in the care system that states “In a child’s best interest” for gods sake bring in a law for grandparents to give the love and security to the seeds the grandparents planted, but then that will not happen because we are free to love the kids not murder them.

I reckon that if they ever passed laws that family courts were replaced by criminal courts, all gagging orders were scrapped, all orders preventing non criminal parents from access to child relatives scrapped, all censorship not involving national security scrapped, and finally “forced adoption” abolished ;those new laws would be more than sufficient to stop the present child traffiking !

I agree, but then the social workers pass their own laws and as i keep repeating an investigation must start with the S.Workers the HCPC are a complete waste of time, we have all of these so called court experts who write up reports of the most terrible allegations, I must say in all of my years working for no pay with homeless people running the hostels not once did i ever meet a 70 year old lady who takes drugs and alcohol and yet the so called experts with the SW made these allegations against a lady of 70 who then complained to the HCPC who one year down the line are asking for the evidence against those who wrote up the reports to say that the experts and all are not fit to practice. Apart from the lies told, it is our word against the so called experts and no way will we be believed, even though the HCPC said to the lady do you have any recordings of the allegations written by the experts, and then from another parent the HCPC wrote in black and white and said we do not take recordings as evidence. That’s it. More lies. As for the laws of the land the social workers have their own Bible of which they dictate to the Nation, do this or do that or else.

Children Abused in Foster Care.
It is now 2013. This article from 1998 shows me that real child protectection has not happened. As I read it it could have been written today. What is remarkable is that we in the UK are now following the US into Agencies for Fostering and Adoption and have learnt nothing from their mistakes. Read it and weep!

How law fails victims of foster parent abuse
“We have also learned that because of a gaping hole in the legislation, local authorities cannot always be held legally responsible for that abuse, even though they are the ones who placed the child in foster care in the first place. Yet if children are placed in residential care and abused, the local authority is considered legally liable.
Now a solicitor is planning to challenge this law by bringing a case that he hopes will prove a local authority’s “vicarious liability” for damage done to children in foster care. It is similar to legal cases brought against the Catholic church, where people alleging historic abuse by a deceased priest have claimed that the church itself should be responsible because they were effectively the employers.”
Has this happened?
It should also be noted the kids are still not telling anyone of abuse until they have grown up and left foster care.

Foster father ‘whipped boy put in his care’: Child scoured bins for food, court told
A FOSTER father tied up a young boy placed in his care by Gwynedd County Council’s social services department, and then took a horse whip to him, a court was told yesterday.
Norman Roberts roped the boy’s feet together and hauled him over a beam in a barn at the Anglesey farm where they lived, then beat him, it was claimed at Mold Crown Court.
Mr Roberts’ son, Ian, also joined in the beatings, which would happen up to three times a week, it was alleged.
The boy, Paul Llewlyn Jones, was starved by Mr Roberts’ wife, Evelyn, and given dog biscuits as a punishment. He resorted to begging from other children at his school and even scoured bins for food, David Hale, for the prosecution, said.
This is a historic abuse. North Wales detectives conducted a major inquiry into alleged abuse in children’s homes in the region. Investigations were carried out by social services at the time and Paul Jones was placed on the ‘at risk’ register. But, despite that, he was left with the Roberts family, because the social services department considered that they had insufficient justification to remove him!
Police checked his files at the county council’s social services department and found photographs, taken at the time, showing he had been beaten.
I wonder what was the reason this child was put into care in the the first place. If left in his own home would he have endured anything of the magnitude of this abusive foster family?

Back to 2013 A new police inquiry into historic allegations of paedophilia in North Wales care homes has uncovered a welter of fresh evidence and victims whose testimony indicates that there was “systemic and serious sexual and physical abuse” spanning nearly three decades.
The announcement that Operation Pallial is now investigating 140 allegations related to 18 care homes, including 76 completely new complaints, represents a dramatic widening of the scope of the suspected abuse, which was previously focused on three or four establishments.
HOW MANY DOES THAT MAKE NOW?
