At Researching Reform we love our Dads Organisations, and with only a few really good ones knocking around, we’ve made a real fuss of them over the last couple of years, but we don’t want mums to feel left out, so when we come across a truly wonderful find for the Motherhood, we have to share it.

Enter Story of Mum – a down to earth, scrumptious website for real mummies everywhere. This site is all about the feel good factor for mums, whatever kind of mum you are and encourages that warm, fuzzy feeling you get from sharing mum stuff with other mums.

Some of our favourite sections include: Be A Bad Mummy (if you know us, you’ll get why, of course), which is all about sharing The Mess of Motherhood (which is healthy and very much a part of being a real parent), Share The Love, which gives Mums the opportunity to show their love and support for other mums out there doing their thing (check out “I Love You Mum”, “Pack-A-Pocket” and “Send A Supermum Postcard”) and the Treat Yourself section, filled with lovely ways to boost your spirits and reward you for being a good mummy.

There are lots of other super pages too, like the Try It With your Kids section, but the site is so much fun to navigate on your own that we’ll let you discover the rest. And it is a truly friendly place – all about celebrating motherhood, and not at the expense of fatherhood, either. It’s absorbed and delicious and divinely all things mummy, in the loveliest possible way.

You can catch up with Story of Mum on Twitter and Facebook and of course, you can send in your stories, photos and comments, to add to this already gorgeous compendium of mummy-rabilia 🙂
