This morning we had the privilege of interviewing Maggie Tuttle,who is a tireless campaigner for the Voice of the Child in the care system.
In this interview we discuss children who have been abused in care, the possibly controversial revelation that 18 year old’s are legally allowed to foster, what it’s like for those children who end up running away from care homes and foster homes and living on the streets of London, Maggie’s own charity, Children Screaming to Be Heard, which she set up to provide an ingenious solution to help abused runaways and her petition to ask Downing Street to set up a monument for all the forgotten children who have been let down by the system or abused by those in charge of protecting them.

When children call” Childline” to complain of abuse by a foster parent they are usually told to “speak to your social worker” who ,once informed denounces such children as troublemakers to be silenced at all costs .The NSPCC is much the same.Get children who are still at home to ring in with a suitable tale of woe, and readers can see for themselves !Two once excellent organisations have been gradually infiltrated by the politically correct establishment figures whose main purpose is to protect “the system” not the children.I hope Maggie protects the charity she has founded from such pests who are as devious as they are malevolent .

Maggie Tuttle is a dedicated grandmother in Great Britain, who is also, an advocate for abused children in the Foster Care System that often, subjects those children to further abuse. Maggie’s fight takes place in England but it is a global problem and children are in great need of people like Maggie who works tirelessly, on their behalf.
The website, Children Screaming To Be Heard at http://www.childrenscreamingtobeheard.com is dedicated to helping children who are lost within the Foster Care systems that were designed to help and protect abused children. Those systems, in many cases, have become the monsters they were supposed to defend children from. These systems can’t survive and provide jobs for government workers if there are too few abused children. This results in children being taken into the system when there are better alternatives for them. Children are also, in high demand for sexual abuse and are valuable merchandise for those willing to obtain and sell children to adults for their personal gratification. This is a huge problem in Great Britain and Europe but it is also, a problem in the United States. Few people know what goes on inside the Foster Care System and this makes it a perfect system to corrupt for the purpose of trafficking children, on a global scale. Though few people seem to be aware of how millions of children are being abused in their homes and also, in the government programs, and charities designed to serve them, it is a problem that affects us all. Children are the future and their personal destruction means the eventual, destruction of our civilization. All good people have the responsibility of making child abuse unacceptable in our society and also, to make sure that children aren’t merchandised as slaves in the underground global-sex-trade.
Maggie Tuttle is a woman who isn’t afraid to fight city hall and Maggie fights to win. totally agree,our own children whom are with foster carers at the moment have,told us they have been bullied by foster carers own children(aged 14 & 16,,we reported this to social workers,but it was brushed under the carpet,my daughter (aged 4) told her school teacher,still nothing was done, now my son (aged 3) has a scar on his forehead where he was pushed over by one of these boys,still nothing has been done,is there any recourse for our children or any other children in the same situation,NO they are the silent victims,they have no voice,things need to change,the sooner the better…..

when i was 18 yrs old, and still in the care system until i was 21 yrs old, i was allowed by social services to foster my 14 yr old sister, the only difference is i did not get 400/500 per week, i had to bring my sister up on 20 pounds a wk. and what thanks do i get of social services?? oh yes they took my two beautiful children. this corruption needs to stop NOW.

I’m so sorry. The system needs to start focusing on the welfare of the child, it needs to run through everything it does. Until then, we will continue to have conflicting policies which lack vital common sense.

The “SS” take children said to be “at risk”; but just about the greatest risk children can run is to be taken into the” State care system “where rape,prostitution,drugs,crimnal companions,and crippling injuries await a very high proportion of the unfortunates who are consigned there by our merciless family courts !

when our children are forcibly adopted,are the prospective adopters assessed for future “risk” and how is that “risk” assessed,are our children going to be caught up in the middle of argument,messy divorce,custody battle,will they be taken from their so called “new forever mummy & daddy” in the future,there is a “risk” that may happen,is that assessed,does anyone really care about that,the family courts make a judgement based on lies and deceit by ss,does anybody assess whether prospective adopters are telling lies or being deceitful,just to get their hands on our children,does anyone care…..at the end of the day judges, guardians s/w go home to their own lives,leaving families torn apart, hearts broken,innocent children in turmoil, well adjusted children end up with psychological problems,thinking their natural parents dont love them,dont want them, when nothing could be further from the truth,but our children will never know this til they come looking for us, at my wifes contact my daughter was telling her about a boy called “bobby” who had to go and live with a new mummy and daddy,my wife asked her is this boy your friend,is he in your class at school, no she replied hes in a book, so they are reading her stories about adoption to normalise it,so she will think its a part of life, it was meant to happen, well im sorry but we are not surrogate parents,for people who cant or wont go through child-birth, we are people with feelings,with love for our children,and our children are people with feelings and love for us,we are not the birth parents we are the natural, biological parents,and no-one will love and cherish our children the way we do….i dont care what anyone says, ss,g.a.l,judges your all wrong….

Sir Michael Wilshaw. Data call on missing kids. From a newspaper. A SINGLE register should be set up to track missing children to track”worrying” lack of reliable data, a watchdog has said. An Ofsted report found 10 Councils in England used different record keeping. Sir Michael Wilshaw, Ofsted’s Chief Inspector, called for a “single, accurate and comprehensive register” so agencies could spot”trends or patterns”.
So what has happened to those children who have been missing for years. Will any future “trends or patterns” be published. I think that a lady known as Maggie may have woken some people up to what is happening within the social service Agency.

I have listened twice to the Podcast made by Maggie Tuttle. Very factual, with a just cause and spoken from the heart. I do hope that people in power and lots of people outside hear her message.

Its high time there were background searches on the very people who have these powers to take children, and l include into this Judges . The very core of our justice system is failing the most vulnerable of society and all means of legal help is being withdrawn and will soon be non existant to those cash poor from the government cut backs. The public have rights to have answered and to be able to contest the wealth that is squandered on paying the wages of the people who are playing with childrens minds , with no chance of redress when they get it so wrong. Children never recover from sexual abuse , it ruins any chance of any normal life, it is with them until the grave, which is sooner rather than later in the cases where they give up . Many resort to drink and drug abuse to shut out the things that have happened to them. The figures are there to show the high risk children in care face of the worst nighmarish things happening to them. Our Government is not listening and need to be educated that they embarass us as a Nation, before the world. Princess Diana knew that the children are our future and should be fought for, how soon we have forgot her battle

We can read and listen to reports from them in power including our dear Mr Cameron all saying we have spoken to children in care and there are no complaints, and all of the replies to me from the powers in a childs best interest is unreal, I am beginning to think that the powers are useing child actors to tell lies that they are from the child care and there is no abuse.
So all you politicians, big charities and the Billion pound industry in a childs best interest, this is how it works. Mr Cameron, Ofsted or who ever will make an appointment to go to a care home, the kids are grilled not to speak of any thing what so ever, the care home is made to look like a palace, plenty of food in the kitchen, and all is well, Ofsted and the army will then leave and write to people such as I, Maggie Tuttle you are speaking out of your A—-. A child in foster care are never allowed to speak of abuse, if they do, they disappear, I have questioned many teachers all tell me, kids who are fosterd just disappear from the schools and we are not told any thing at all, or where they are , when a case is in the courts the heads of the schools are all told, and this is how it was said to me, WE ARE WARNED BY THE SS not to be involved. Foster kids can report abuse to the heads of the schools and the schools only call in the SS, the kid is then spoken to and again shut up. If a child is allowed contact with the family in one of those tiny contact rooms, again they are grilled of what to say and not to say, and for maybe the one hour contact once a month or every 6 months all that is spoken is written down by an SS superviser, the report is then written up of all that was said, and yes written up with allegations of the parents said this or that and then the contact is stopped. The SS have told me
WE CAN OVERRULE THE COURTS AND THE JUDGES, until the powers that be start to listen to the Nation, and bring the social services to account but they never will, so from 2013 the stolen and sold children will double and more jobs will be created in a childs best interest, oh yes lets not forget 2014, 4 million people will arrive to live in the Uk , I just hope it is not 4 million kids, good god the Good Old British Empire was very well known for its wars and of stealing other countries to become part of the British Empire, the point is, that many countries are now fighting back and the British Empire is no longer, but is now becoming well known far and wide as the British Empire going to WAR on children from where ever they are in the world. and now the good old UK is now known as
THE KIDS BRITISH EMPIRE.

No good “bringing the ss to account” as that would actually change nothing of consequence.The solution is simply to return to the former position in the UK where child cruelty was a police matter dealt with by criminal courts (no secrecy,innocent until proved guilty,juries ,etc).Social workers should be allowed only to help people (their original purpose) physically,financially,and morally but NEVER to remove their children ,or to give orders followed by threats if they are not obeyed !

Forcedadoption – you’re absolutely right. I am a trustee of Maggie’s charity and I was adopted (though not ‘forcibly’). I have also lost my only child, a daughter, through the Family Court. There is some glimmer of hope on the horizon, as long as the coalition doesn’t fall apart. A Children and Families Bill should be presented in the next Parliamentary session, which will give a presumption, a right in law, for each parent to see their children after separation or divorce. Accusations of abuse by one parent about the other will need ‘the burden of proof’, not merely ‘the balance of probabilities’. Mediation will be compulsory and, most importantly, if one parent then reneges on the agreements made and the case subsequently goes to court, those agreements will be mandated in the Court. Now this Bill is no panacea, but it is, I believe, a step in the right direction. It doesn’t, I think, tackle the forced adoption issue but if parents have a right in law to see their kids, it could be the beginning of a more fundamental change in the mindsets of officialdom. For that reason, may I urge everyone to write to their M.Ps asking them to support this Bill, whatever their political persuasion. We’re hoping that this Bill will be announced in the next Queen’s Speech.
