In an article in the Daily Mail which only came out very late last night, who much to their credit are keeping up with Dr Hibbert’s story and monitoring its development, we are told about a co-worker, yet another professional, who had doubts about the way Dr Hibbert was running his practice.
Reading the article, you can see a mixture of potential problems from dubious practice of Dr Hibbert’s own making, cutting corners in the examination process of parents (due, either, we presume to the desire to either take more parents in and make a larger profit or perhaps equally to cut down assessment delays) and the now seemingly routine practice in the family justice system of hiring experts who then pass the workload down to their unqualified workers (unqualified to carry out the complex assessments, which is why a so-called expert is hired in the first place), and who don’t seem to engage properly with the families, at all.
This would be understandable if we were talking about one of the thousands of professionals inside the system – not everyone can be meticulous all of the time, but this is not just ‘some professional’ inside the system. This is, supposedly, the best the system has to offer: the leading light that leads others in the profession, to carry out similar standards.
You can see how an epidemic of poor services can start and spread, when one leading professional is marked out as the gold standard. And it’s a disgrace. The family justice system should be hanging its head in shame, rather than looking the other way. We await the GMC Fitness to Practise hearing, with interest.
Thank you once again to Miss A, for drawing our attention to this latest development.

Hi Tom, I think it’s in a few week’s time – I’m just waiting to hear back. The GMC do post the hearings on their website, but I’ll let you know as soon as I find out.

Don’t blame the good doctor ,it is really very hard to manage on only £40,000 per week ! He was no worse than most of the other family court “experts” and at least the mothers had a nice stay in luxury surroundings before he took their children off them ! Child traffiking is the oldest but one profession in the world so why condemn poor Dr Hibbert for putting his OWN family first? Nobody says that all the mothers he dealt with were drunken,drugged up old scrubbers,but that’s how he viewed them and sometimes he was not far wrong ! He was a noble man following a noble calling and I AM SURE THAT IF HE IS COVICTED OF CHILD ABUSE AND CHILD TRAFFIKING HIS FELLOW CONVICTS WILL TREAT HIM WITH ALL THE RESPECT HE DESERVES ;

There is no such thing as an expert. Not really. it is termed expert OPINION and opinion is not a Fact.
I have no doubt this has merely opened the flood gates to reveal all the other “experts” and social workers, lawyers, judges, Cafcass agents etc involved in this business where children are the commodity, mothers are dehumanised in order to do the business.
It is not much different to Ireland and the Magdalene’s where institutions- mother and baby homes make a fortune from the misery of women.
All other aspects of woman have been destroyed over 5,000 years of patriarchy.
Now unmarried mothers with no man to possess/own/control them must be made to suffer. The state is that Patriarch now instead of the old Church.
It reminds me of Georgia Tann The Baby Thief and she did not work alone either.
Now is the time for those who know the truth on this business to come forward and speak or go down with the corrupt individuals.
For knowing the truth and remaining silent is condoning the crime of legalised child trafficking.
Research into cases reveals the same group involved in each area. It is easy to find the names.
Transparancy and open courts would of course make it easier to identify the culprits.
Like USA, Georgia Tann, closed adoptions keep a lot of secrets secret and it has nothing to do with best interests of children either.

It is truly shocking to realise that children are taken from their homes on little more than the opinion of these so called experts who meet you for a few hours at best!
To rely on the opinion of these charlatans involved in family cases is ludicrous when you consider the payback they get from being a court expert. They are supposedly working for the courts but in reality they are working for social workers, who pay them to write what they want, when bringing a case against the family.
I’m sure that all the intelligent personnel involved in family cases must know this practise is riddled with flaws starting with the obvious conflict of interest of who pays them so why does it continue?
